Booking information

• Your reservation can be secured by paying a 30% deposit.
• After a successful booking, you have 3 days to transfer the deposit.
• If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
• Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
• We are unable to accept same-day bookings.
• Enjoy a 10% discount when you book directly through our website.

You can pay via SZÉP Card by logging into the OTP SZÉP Card application or website, or in the case of K&H, through the K&H SZÉP Cardholder interface.
Navigate to Administration / Advance Payment, select our accommodation (Hege Guesthouse), and complete the payment (deposit or full amount).
